Who should I contact about garbage pick-up?
Garbage in the community is picked up on Wednesdays and Saturdays. You must use the approved garbage can provided by SWA. Bulk trash is on Saturdays only and is limited to 3 items. Remember all trash and recycle containers must be stored out of sight whan not in use.
Who can I contact about our mailboxes, mailbox key replacement?
Any questions regarding the mail should be directed to the USPS on Summit Blvd including duplicate or lost keys, forwarding mail, or lost mail as well as change of address
What are the bylaws of your community?

Who is our property manager?
Campbell Property Management is the property management company for Victoria Woods (and Wyndham Park for amenities). The administrative assistant can be reached at vwadmin@campbellproperty.com Our onsite property manager, Michelle Gonzalez can be reached at vwmanager@campbellproperty.com . The phone number for the on-site office is 561-508-3600 and the office is open Monday – Friday from 10:00 am- 3:00 pm.
How do I get a gate clicker or pool key?
Gate clickers and pool fobs are $30. You must first fill out the Gate Clicker form located in the forms section.
Where can my guest park?
Guest spots located at the park and pool parking areas. There are also a number of paved guest spots on some of the streets. If a guest needs to stay overnight, a parking pass will need to be obtained from the guardhouse. Only guests with overnight passes may park their vehicles overnight or risk being towed. The overnight guest may only do so at the pool and park parking lots. No guest parking spots shall be used for overnight parking. Remember that no one may park on the grass or on the streets at any time.
Amenities Hours and Rules
The Amenities are normally open from sunrise to sunset and as such the hours change accordingly. The amenities rules are as follows:

Shower before entering pool

No glass in the fenced pool area or within 50 feet of the unfenced pool area

No animals of any sort in the fenced pool area or within 50 feet of the unfenced pool area

No food or drink allowed in pool or on pool wet deck

ABSOLUTELY NO ALCOHOL in ANY recreation area

Please do not use pool if you are ill

How do I rent the pavilion for a party or event?
The pavilion may be reserved with a $200 refundable deposit provided that no one else has reserved for your desired date and time and that you return it in the same condition as it was provided to you with no trash or damage left behind. A reservation request form can be found on the Forms/Docs section of this website. To inquire about availability, please contact us.
What is the process if I want to make changes to the exterior of my home?
Any home owner wishing to make changes to the exterior of their home will need to fill out an Architectural Request Form which can be found on the Forms/Docs section of this website. This includes but it not limited to painting the home, painting or expanding the driveway, putting up a fence or any modification of the physical appearance of the home.
How much are the monthly HOA fees and when are they due?
2024 HOA Fees are $165 per month and are due on the 1st of every month and are considered late on the 10th. Late charges of $25 will be applied to the account and can result in legal fees if not addressed in a timely manner. HOA fees may be paid by mail with check or money orders, online through the homeowner portal (this option will cost you an additional fee) or set up auto pay through the homeowner portal or the management office - Free Service and (recommended).
Is the community Facebook page an HOA page?
The community Facebook page is NOT an HOA affiliated group page. Any HOA complaints, questions, comments or concerns should be directed to the property manager or the HOA board using the contact info below.
How do I call in a guest?
Guests may be called in by adding them into the online portal Dwelling Live and by using the Dwelling Live App. If you have not set your account up, please contact our property manager at vwmanager@campbellproperty.com . If you are a renter, you must supply a copy of your lease to use the system. If you have changes to your information, a change of information form is available in the forms/docs section.
I got a violation letter, what are my options?
In the event that you receive a letter requiring you to make changes to your home to bring it up to community standards, you will have thirty days to correct the violations. Should you be unable to do so you may ask for an extension. Failure to do either of these will result in a fine of $100 per day per violation. If you feel that this is unfair or you have circumstances that prohibit you from completing such tasks you may request a hearing of the fining committee to hear your grievance. the committee is comprised of 3 homeowners, not on the HOA board. You will receive a notification in the mail on how to file.
